Multilingual Customer Service Expert

Danish-speaking customer experts are sought for a dynamic team in the jewelry industry.

What you will do:
As a customer expert, you will handle calls, emails, and chat conversations in Danish, providing excellent service and support to customers.
You will also respond to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations, as well as provide promotion support and be knowledgeable about current promotions and new offers.
Additionally, you will handle account and billing issues, along with order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud orders, and returns based on policy provided through training guidelines.
What you will bring:
To excel in this role, you will need excellent command of Danish, good knowledge of English, and great communication and soft skills.
You should also have problem-solving skills, computer knowledge, and tech savviness, as well as the ability to multitask and have strong interpersonal skills.
A positive and adventurous attitude is also essential for success in this position.
