Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and categorizing social media content based on specific guidelines. You will ensure that all information uploaded by users follows the guidelines based on client's policies. You will also make well-balanced decisions to be an effective advocate for the online community.

Responsibilities:
  1. Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines.
  2. Ensure that all information uploaded by users follow the guidelines based on client's policies.
  3. Make well-balanced decisions to be an effective advocate for the online community.
  4. Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
  5. Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
  6. Assist customers via chat, email or phone (depending on the project).
  7. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
  8. Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish
  • Very good English knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use Windows Operating Systems, internet applications and MS Office
  • Solid team, and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
  • Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media or Customer Support will be considered as an advantage
