Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Zulu content review specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our social media content moderation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that online content meets our client's guidelines and standards.

Your primary responsibility will be to review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines. You will also ensure that all information uploaded by users follows the guidelines based on client policies. In addition, you will make well-balanced decisions to advocate for the online community and ensure high-quality and safe experiences for both individuals and businesses.

You will be working on-site in our state-of-the-art offices in Athens, Greece, and will be required to have excellent verbal and written skills in Zulu (isiZulu). Very good English knowledge is also essential. Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills, are necessary for this role. You will be expected to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is considered an advantage but not required.
