Responsibilities:

  • Review and categorize social media content based on guidelines.
  • Evaluate user-uploaded information against client policies.
  • Making well-balanced decisions as an advocate for the online community.
  • Ensure high-quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
  • Apply content policy to digital content and handle procedures consistently.
  • Assist customers via chat or email.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
  • Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written Finnish skills.
  • Very good English knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use Windows Operating Systems, internet applications, and MS Office.
  • Solid team and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision.
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies.
  • Be positive and proactive with a desire for continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support will be considered an advantage.
