Job Title: Safety Video Review Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Safety Video Review Specialist to join our team and help maintain road safety standards for a leading ride-share company in United States. In this role, you will review incoming safety videos submitted by our safety platform, identify unsafe driving behaviors, and promptly flag dangerous drivers to the appropriate internal channels for further action.Your attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate assessments will directly contribute to improving road safety for both passengers and the public.


Key Responsibilities

Review incoming safety videos from ride-share drivers.

Identify, categorize, and document unsafe driving behaviors, such as harsh events, reckless driving, traffic violations, distracted driving and drowsy events.

Flag high-risk incidents to the appropriate internal teams for immediate response.

Maintain accurate and organized records using Google Workspace spreadsheets.

Communicate effectively with team members and dispatch personnel via Slack.

Follow established protocols for video handling, data privacy, and incident escalation.

Collaborate with the dispatch and safety teams to improve processes and reporting accuracy.


Required Qualifications

Proficient in English language (spoken and written).

Bachelor in Business Administration (preferred but not required).

High attention to detail and ability to analyze visual content quickly and accurately.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).

Previous dispatch experience in transportation, ride-share, or similar industry.

Experience using Slack for professional communication.

Strong written communication skills for accurate incident documentation.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of incoming content.


Preferred Skills

Knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.

Prior experience in safety monitoring, surveillance, or incident reporting.

Ability to recognize patterns of risky driving behaviors.

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Work Environment & Schedule

Remote position with reliable internet connection required.

Flexible shifts may be available, but some roles may require evening, overnight, and weekend availability.
