We are seeking a
Video Content Specialist
(Content Adaptation & Asset Research) to join our Video production team. The role involves adapting and refining video scripts, conducting research to source high-quality visual assets (images, stock footage, info graphics), and supporting the creation of impactful educational videos.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and refine video scripts to ensure clarity, engagement, and alignment with creative briefs.
  • Add and synchronize subtitles to support accessibility and learner engagement.
  • Create and adapt visual footage using AI-based tools.
  • Research and curate appropriate visual assets (images, stock footage, graphics) from available libraries and platforms.
  • Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and enrich visual storytelling.
  • Proofread scripts, subtitles, and video outputs to maintain high editorial standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team and video editors to ensure seamless integration of scripts and assets.
  • Ensure compliance with copyright and licensing requirements for all assets used.
  • Monitor industry trends in video content to bring fresh and creative input to projects.

Requirements:

  • BA English Literature
  • Strong computer skills and eagerness to explore new software and tools.
  • Background in English Language Teaching is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in script adaptation, copy editing, or content research for multimedia projects.
  • Familiarity with stock libraries and asset sourcing platforms (e.g., Shutterstock, Getty, Storyblocks).
  • A team player with positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to problem-solve and generate ideas.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
