Job Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our dynamic team as Social Media Content Moderators in Athens. This role is ideal for those passionate about online content and have excellent English language skills.

  • We review and categorize social media commercial ads ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • We moderate business content, helping to build a better online community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines.
  • Ensure all information uploaded by users follow client policies.
  • Make balanced decisions to be an effective advocate for the online community.
  • Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
  • Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
  • Assist customers via chat, email or phone (depending on the project).
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
  • Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use Windows Operating Systems, internet applications and MS Office.
  • Solid team and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision.
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies.
  • Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media or Customer Support will be considered as an advantage.
