Technical Support Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading tech company as a customer expert. As a German speaking professional, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat and email, resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate should have fluency in German, advanced English knowledge, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred. Prior customer support experience would be an advantage.
In this role, you will be working with a global team of experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will receive comprehensive training by certified instructors to ensure you have the necessary skills to excel in this position.

- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
- Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
- Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
