Business Development Manager for Public Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing sales cycles in the public sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue growth in the public sector
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients across all levels of their organizational structure
  • Executing daily sales activities and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the public sector
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
