Job Description

Papadatos S.A. is a Greek furniture design and manufacturing brand with an extensive global presence.

The company operates through a network of representatives in over 40 countries across five continents, showcasing its collections in prestigious furniture stores worldwide.

Papadatos is currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Exports Assistant at its headquarters on Tatoiou Avenue in Acharnes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Daily communication with international B2B clients and sales agents in English.
  • Order entry and tracking of export orders using ERP.
  • Issuing and sending commercial offers to wholesale clients.
  • Following up with clients for order confirmation and outstanding payments.
  • Forwarding approved orders to the production department.
  • Reading and understanding financial documents (e.g., customer accounts, invoices).
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales agent and the production team to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve client inquiries or issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records, timelines, and data related to export orders.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Economics, or related field (University or Technical Institute).
  • Previous work experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong organizational and structured thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Good understanding of how businesses operate – a "business mindset".
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (any experience is a plus).
