International Trade Liaison

The Exports Assistant will be responsible for daily communication with international clients and sales agents in English. They will also be responsible for entering and tracking export orders using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, issuing and sending commercial offers to wholesale clients, and following up with clients for order confirmation and outstanding payments.

Additional responsibilities include forwarding approved orders to the production department, reading and understanding financial documents, acting as a liaison between the sales agent and the production team, coordinating with internal departments to resolve client inquiries or issues, and maintaining accurate records, timelines, and data related to export orders.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, and previous work experience in a relevant role. They must have strong organizational and structured thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). A good understanding of how businesses operate is also essential.
