Global Procurement, Product and Marketing Specialist

">This role involves coordinating multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and driving progress through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate offers and manage orders, artwork approvals, product specifications and cost breakdowns.
- Organize supplier documentation, review barcodes, packaging files and communicate effectively with the supply chain team.
- Support stock forecasting, item-level planning and work closely with external partners on procurement matters.
As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
">Candidate Profile- University degree in any field, preferably in business or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, procurement, product development, marketing and/or sales.
- Excellent command of English language and Greek, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in commercial operations, ERP systems and IT-driven mindset.
- Dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
- Hands-on experience in international procurement, exports and regulatory processes.
