Product Sourcing Specialist

The role of a Procurement Product Coordinator is to support the dynamic operations of our company by contributing to the coordination of three core areas: Procurement, Product Management, and Marketing.

This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail and excellent document management skills. The ideal candidate should have a clear technology-driven mindset, be familiar with AI tools, and be comfortable applying them to continuously improve department workflows.

• Coordinate with suppliers on offers, artwork approvals, orders, and product specifications.\
• Review and manage barcodes, packaging files, and cost breakdowns.\
• Keep supplier documentation organized and updated.\
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team and external procurement partners.\
• Support stock forecasting and item-level planning.\
• Collaborate with the marketing team on all projects, including product presentations, brochures, promotional materials, campaigns, and strategy.\
• Participate in the development of digital and printed product material.\
• Review and optimize technical content prior to publication.\
• Support new product development and assist in monitoring product KPIs and profitability.\
• Assist in reviewing and managing certifications, lab reports, usage instructions, and packaging materials.\
• Communicate with external partners on regulatory and technical issues.\
• Develop and maintain up-to-date product information and documentation.\\[/ul>\Candidate Profile\
  • \
  • A university degree in any field.\
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, procurement, product development, and/or marketing.\
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both spoken and written.\
  • Strong attention to detail and IT-driven mindset.\
  • Familiarity with commercial operations, ERP systems, and experience with Power BI.\
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.\\[/ul>\What We Offer\
