Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to lead our maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our production facilities.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance procedures, protocols and schedules
  • Oversee and execute all maintenance tasks, including preventive, proactive & reactive maintenance
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Manage procurement of spare parts and consumables
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors and technical teams
  • Stay informed on new technologies and suggest innovative solutions to optimize production and reduce maintenance costs
  • Plan and oversee installation or relocation of machinery, including technical drawings and timelines
  • Design and manage technical projects, ensuring high-quality results within deadlines
  • Promote a culture of safety and enforce best practices in machine and tool usage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food production environment
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in using computer systems and maintenance software
  • Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritization abilities
