Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our laboratory operations.

  • Develop and implement effective laboratory procedures to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
  • Train and mentor other analysts on laboratory procedures and assays.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems to minimize downtime.
  • Evaluate new technologies and methods to make recommendations for their use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality control processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a cGMP environment, preferably in method development/validation and/or transfer/verification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English language written and oral.
