Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing and assessing user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards and guidelines.

About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough content analysis to identify and address potential violations of our community standards, terms of service, and legal requirements.
  • Providing constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance their performance and consistency in moderation decisions.
  • Developing and maintaining quality assurance processes and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve moderation processes and tools.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to content moderation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent English (C1) and Hebrew (C1), with excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance, preferably within a BPO or tech company.
  • A strong understanding of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
