**Estimated Salary:** €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in reviewing and assessing user-generated content such as text, images, videos, and audio files according to predefined guidelines and policies.

**Your Role:

  • Conduct thorough content analysis to identify and address violations of community standards, terms of service, and legal requirements.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance their performance and ensure consistency in moderation decisions.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Training, and Product Development, to continuously improve moderation processes and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to content moderation, recommending necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.

**Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1) and Hebrew (C1), with excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance, preferably within a BPO or tech company.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail, capable of maintaining accuracy while working with large volumes of content.
  • Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with moderation tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based moderation tools is a plus.
