Job DescriptionAs a Quality Analyst for Content Moderation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of user-generated content on our platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough content analysis to identify and address violations of community standards, terms of service, and legal requirements.
- Providing constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance their performance and ensure consistency in moderation decisions.
- Developing and maintaining quality assurance processes and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Training, and Product Development, to continuously improve moderation processes and tools.
You will be working closely with our experienced team to create a positive and inclusive online community, while upholding the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluent English language skills (C1 level) and Hebrew language skills (C1 level), with excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance, preferably within a BPO or tech company.
- Strong understanding of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail, capable of maintaining accuracy while working with large volumes of content.
- Effective interpersonal skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with moderation tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based moderation tools is a plus.
