Industrial Production Supervisor for Air Separation

The role of an Industrial Production Supervisor in our air separation plant is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of industrial processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- To oversee the production process, ensuring that volumes required are met while maintaining output and product quality.
- Take responsibility for people, property, and environmental safety, as well as risk prevention and compliance with health regulations.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team under the supervision of the Production Manager to start, shut down, and adjust equipment, performing necessary checks.
- Adjust plant control variables, monitor, and manage process equipment parameters to meet production specifications and targets.
- Develop a knowledge base of the theory of air separation and related equipment associated with the process.
- Troubleshoot causes of plant operational issues and alarms directly or in conjunction with the local team.
- Participate in maintenance and updating of plant and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain production operations and distribution records to meet internal and external requirements.
- Perform daily routines including water treatment, equipment inspection, and log sheet reading.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation, TEI, or higher.
- Experience in a production line is advantageous.
- Good command of risk management and prevention.
- Solid grasp of health and safety rules.
- Strong focus on Safety - Demonstrating responsibility and accountability.
- Good judgment and keen on taking initiative.
- English language proficiency.
- Very good at seeking information.
- Good communication skills (interdepartmental, team members, vendors, etc.).
- Executing productivity ideas and Best Practices to keep plant costs down. Interacting closely with supporting groups/personnel for performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- PC literacy.
