Primary Production Unit Plant Supervisor

**Job Description**
This role involves overseeing the smooth production of volumes required while monitoring the output and quality of the manufactured product. This is a challenging position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the Air Separation Unit to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Take responsibility for people, property, and environmental safety, as well as risk prevention and compliance with health regulations.
- Start, shut down, and adjust equipment as needed, performing regular checks to ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Adjust plant control variables to meet production specifications and targets.
- Maintain a knowledge base of the theory of air separation and related equipment associated with the process.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation/TEI or higher.
- Experience in a production line is highly desirable.
- Good command of risk management and prevention.
- Solid grasp of health and safety rules.
