Air Separation Unit Operations Specialist

As an Air Separation Unit Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth production of volumes required while monitoring the output and quality of the manufactured product.
You will take responsibility for people, property, and environmental safety as well as risk prevention and compliance with health regulations.
Under the supervision of the Production Manager, you will start, shut down, and adjust equipment, and perform needed checks.
You will adjust plant control variables, monitor and manage process equipment parameters to meet production specifications and targets.
You will obtain a knowledge base of the theory of air separation and related equipment associated with the process.
You will develop skills to troubleshoot, evaluate process upsets, and take corrective actions.
You will troubleshoot the causes of plant operational issues and alarms, either directly or in conjunction with the local team.
You will participate in the maintenance and updating of plant and equipment.
You will prepare and maintain production operations and distribution records to meet internal and external requirements.
You will handle daily routines including water treatment, equipment inspection, and log sheet reading.
