We are seeking a skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of volumes required while monitoring the output and quality of the manufactured product.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversee the operation of the Air Separation Unit to ensure production meets customer demands">
  • Take responsibility for people, property, and environmental safety, as well as risk prevention, and compliance with health regulations">
  • Start, shut down, and adjust equipment under the supervision of the Production Manager">
  • Adjust plant control variables, monitor, and manage process equipment parameters to meet production specifications and targets">
  • Develop skills to troubleshoot, evaluate process upsets, and take corrective actions">
  • Troubleshoot the causes of plant operational issues and alarms">
  • Participate in the maintenance and updating of plant and equipment">
  • Prepare and maintain production operations and distribution records">
  • Perform daily routines including water treatment, equipment inspection, and log sheet reading">
