Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling and developing sales accounts in a designated area. Your primary goal will be to deliver profit, volume, and brand building in line with our commercial plan.



  • Develop an area coverage plan to guarantee delivery of targets expressed in the commercial plan.
  • Drive maximum Return on Investment (ROI) from allocated area through commercial proposals.
  • Closure of supervising and follow up on brilliant execution through regular and consistent coverage plan within outlets.
  • Relationship management including commercial agreements, implementation, and exploration of opportunities.
  • Detailed tracking and monitoring of financial performance.
  • Responsibility for governing depletions and stock data.
  • Closure of aging debt (collections).
  • Action on tailor-made activation and detailed elements of activity execution.
  • Continuous customer contact/network plan within area of responsibility.
  • Identification of opportunities for new business development in area of responsibility.
  • Accurate and timely approval of rebates, invoice claims, and deductions.

Your work will involve:

  • Ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Improving ROI for each key customer through detailed Profit and Loss analysis.
  • Expert analysis of multiple data sources converted quickly into clear actions.
  • Implementation of plan actions with particular focus on preparation.
  • Excellent collaboration with team members and effective information flow regarding sales performance.

About You

  • Demonstrated ability in a Sales department of FMCG - On Trade Channel experience is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, confident, honest, and solid communication.
  • P&L literacy - strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in both Greek and English.
  • Academic background: BSc in Economics/Marketing/Management.
