Customer Service Representative

This role involves assisting customers via phone, chat and email, resolving their queries efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in Danish and advanced English knowledge.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Danish and advanced English knowledge.

  • Prior customer support experience is advantageous but not necessary.
