AXF S.A. is seeking a Retail Area Manager in Athens, Greece.

This role reports to the Group Retail Director and involves overseeing the general operation of retail stores. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are exceeded, customer service is exceptional, and store image is impeccable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide an outstanding level of customer service in the store
  • To plan, implement, and monitor measures to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • To analyze and review management indicators and costs to improve them
  • To ensure merchandising standards are implemented and selling space is optimized to maximize profitability
  • To be familiar with the collection and manage stock to maximize sales
  • To act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team
  • To recruit, train, and integrate new employees seamlessly
  • To lead and motivate the team, developing staff potential
  • To plan, organize, prioritize, and distribute tasks, optimizing resources and minimizing costs
  • To manage personnel administration duties effectively

Requirements:
