Junior Recruiter

METRO is one of the top employers in the country with over employees. Operates one of the largest retail networks, My market, with 225 outlets and is also the leading company in wholesale consumer goods with 50 METRO Cash & Carry stores countrywide. 

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our high performing Recruitment & Selection Team in Athens.

What you will focus on

· Be responsible for the end to end recruitment life cycle of the various vacancies;

· Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

· Screen incoming resumes and application forms

· Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

· Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates

· Establish relationships with internal customers

· Deliver results and effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment

What we are looking for

· University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related fields

· years of experience in a Recruitment role

· Familiar with HR metrics

· Computer literate and social media user

· Ability to work independently

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

· Methodical with attention to detail

· Flexibility and can do attitude

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Optimistic, energetic, outgoing with great energy
