Property Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and mapping areas to locate stores for new branches.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a good understanding of financial terms.

  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights on the competitive landscape
  • Evaluate commercial and technical aspects of offered properties
  • Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with property owners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, engineers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Engineering, Project Management)
  • Certifications in Real Estate are a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience in retail industry is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Business approach and ability to work in a team
