Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience at our luxury hotel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and courteous service to guests upon arrival, throughout their stay, and during check-out.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate payment processing and reservation handling.
  • Offer comprehensive and accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of room availability, reservations, and guest details utilizing the hotel's property management system.
  • Liaise effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments to coordinate and communicate guest-related requirements and resolve any issues.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with tact and professionalism, following up to ensure resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in daily briefings and team meetings to stay aligned with hotel operations and service objectives.
  • Adhere strictly to hotel policies, procedures, and security protocols at all times.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • A degree in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage guests and provide personalized service.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management systems, such as Opera PMS, is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards guest needs and preferences.
