Η **ΧΩΡΟΣ ΣΜ ΑΕ** τεχνική εταιρεία με δραστηριότητες στο χώρο του κτιριακού αυτοματισμού αναζητά υπάλληλο Front Desk, γραμματειακής υποστήριξης με κύριες αρμοδιότητες τη γραμματειακή, διοικητική και λογιστική υποστήριξη, την ομαλή λειτουργία του γραφείου.
**Οι βασικές Αρμοδιότητες** της θέσης εργασίας περιλαμβάνουν:
Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων και ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας.
Διαχείριση παραγγελιών. Παραλαβές, αποστολές επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές και πελάτες.
Υποστήριξη της λειτουργίας του Λογιστηρίου.
Οργάνωση καθημερινής λειτουργίας γραφείου.
**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**
Αριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ & Microsoft Office (excel, world, outlook).
Ανεση & ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία. Καλή διαχείριση χρόνου.
Θέληση για μάθηση.
**Επιθυμητά προσόντα** (θα συνεκτιμηθούν θετικά, χωρίς να είναι απαραίτητα):
Γνώσεις Autocad 2D & Softone (λογιστικό πρόγραμμα).
Προυπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
Πτυχίο τεχνικού κλάδου.
