**Ο υποψήφιος θα πρέπει να διαθέτει**:
Γνώση MS Office, Outlook και εξοικείωση με συστήματα software.
Οργανωτικές δυνατότητες & διαχείρισης χρόνου.
Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
Δυνατότητα παρακολούθησης εσωτερικών διαδικασιών
**Καθήκοντα**:
Γενικά καθήκοντα γραμματειακής υποστήριξης
Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικού κέντρου και αλληλογραφίας
Αρχειοθέτηση,, τήρηση ατζέντας επαφών
Υποδοχή & φιλοξενία επισκεπτών
