French Speaking Cloud Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled French speaking support expert to join our team. As a member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 technical assistance to our users from France and Belgium.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing technical support via phone and email
  • Following company procedures and guidelines
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and being proactive in resolving issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • A technical background and familiarity with technology trends
  • Experience in customer service is an asset
