Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Social Media Content Moderator.

Job Description:

This role involves reviewing and categorizing social media content based on specific guidelines. You will ensure that all information uploaded by users complies with our client's policies, making well-balanced decisions to effectively advocate for the online community.

Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses, applying a content policy to digital content, and executing handling procedures with consistency.

Additionally, you will assist customers via chat, email, or phone, identify inefficiencies in workflows, and suggest solutions.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in German
  • Very good English knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use Windows Operating Systems, internet applications, and MS Office
  • Solid team and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
  • Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
