Job Title: Financial Expertise Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expertise Professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining a high level of financial control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully capable of all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT forms, as well as other financial documents.
  • Record sales and purchase invoices, handling suppliers and customers payments.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information or to correct transactions.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related discipline.
  • Any professional accounting qualification will be considered an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.
