Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Financial Reporting Analyst. In this role, you will support the preparation of accurate, timely financial and regulatory reports, ensure compliance with changing requirements and analyze financial data. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in regulatory frameworks and financial reporting processes within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile regulatory reports such as Capital Adequacy (COREP), Pillar 3 Disclosures, FINREP, and Foreign Exchange Position Reports, under guidance from senior staff.
- Support the submission of data for deposit guarantee, investment, and resolution funds.
- Monitor changes in regulations and assist in evaluating their impact on reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal reporting processes and controls.
- Provide documentation and respond to queries from auditors and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or financial analysis within a financial institution or corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines during peak reporting periods.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a regulated financial environment.
