Our business is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solutions Expert to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to take on a pivotal role in understanding business requirements, supporting solution design, and contributing to the delivery of impactful technology solutions.

Mission:

This mission will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by deeply understanding customer requirements, translating them into clear, actionable specifications, and supporting the development team in delivering high-impact IoT solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that every project aligns with our organization's vision of driving digital transformation and sustainability through innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Create clear and structured documentation: user stories, use cases, wireframes, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Participate in validation and testing processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with senior analysts and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Keep documentation updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of process modeling, data analysis, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
  • Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC).
