We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Global Customer Service Representative to join our team in support of a leading travel booking company.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and helpful responses, empowering customers to make informed decisions.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating a strong ability to handle diverse situations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a solid foundation in computer literacy and product knowledge.
- Able to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry.
- Proficient in using computers and software applications, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
