Job Overview

TTEC Europe is seeking a Global Customer Service Representative to join our team in support of Booking.com. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with customers from diverse backgrounds, providing exceptional service and support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues
  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and respectful manner, escalating if necessary

Requirements
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to relocate to Athens, Greece and obtain necessary work authorization
