- We are seeking a skilled Croatian-English travel customer service representative to join our team in Athens, Greece.
- Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer experiences for our clients while working closely with our award-winning team at TTEC EUROPE B.V. SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ ODDZIAŁ W POLSCE.
About the Role
As a customer service expert, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding support to customers who need help with their travel arrangements.
You will be responsible for answering incoming communications from customers, conducting research to provide accurate information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to learn about the travel industry, gain valuable experience, and develop your skills as a customer service professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct research to provide accurate and valid information to resolve customer issues.
- Be the first point of contact for customers and partners by resolving basic questions and queries.
- Provide excellent customer service by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in Croatian and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months or more of customer services experience.
- Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
- Computer savvy.
- High speed internet in your quiet home work environment.
- Greece resident or ability to relocate and gain work authorization expediently to Greece.
