\We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Agent to join our team, ensuring strong and reliable solutions for our clients.
\Responsibilities:
\- Provide customer technical support via phone and email on reported issues.\
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.\
- Identify, investigate, and resolve user's problems.\
- Develop and maintain training materials (manuals, documentation, presentations).\
- Prepare technical/problem reports.\\
Experience Required:
\- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.\
- Experience in telephone support services.\\
