Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Financial Operations Specialist to support and optimize accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a process-driven mindset, ownership, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Supporting the management of invoices in accordance with established policies and procedures">
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate entry of invoices up to their receipt">
  • Supporting the purchase-to-pay cycle in cooperation with business shared services">
  • Assisting with the process of creating new suppliers in company systems, self-billing procedures, and other related processes">
  • Monitoring and implementing credit policy and managing customer payment delays in cooperation with Sales and Legal functions, according to credit control procedure">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

We seek candidates with a degree from a University/Technical Institute in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields. They must have very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a very good command of English. Experience in using ERP systems (SAP) is highly desirable. Strong communication and organizational skills are also required. The ability to meet deadlines and solve problems is essential.
