Operational Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operational collections specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, processing debt collection tasks, handling incidents, creating documentation, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing debt collection tasks according to work instructions;
- Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents;
- Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures;
- Delivering quality in a fast-changing environment;
- Identifying areas or processes for improvements;
- Able to work full time;
- Native Greek speaker & good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Experience with MS Office package;
- Work experience in a back office (would be an advantage);
- Work experience in debt collections (would be an advantage);
- Additional language skills (would be an advantage);
- Quick learner and good problem solver;
- Attention to details and tech-savvy;
