Senior Counselor Position

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and play a key role in shaping the company's legal framework. The Senior Counselor will provide expert guidance on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, with experience in litigation and contract management. A Master's degree in Law or equivalent is required, along with excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one other language.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing litigation matters and representing the company in legal proceedings;
  • Providing strategic legal counsel to senior management and stakeholders on various legal issues;
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Identifying and assessing legal risks associated with business decisions and developing strategies to mitigate those risks;
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements;
  • Representing the company in high-level negotiations and before courts;
  • Providing legal support in public procurement procedures;
  • Assisting operational teams in project management;
  • Conducting legal research and delivering user-friendly advice to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Law;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a lawyer;
  • Solid litigation experience considered a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and another language;
  • Substantial MS Office knowledge;
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently and as a team player.
