Eco Chic Luxury Resort Branding Specialist

Ella Resorts is a unique collection of luxury eco-chic resorts in the Mediterranean region.

We are seeking a Brand & PR Manager to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in brand and public relations, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.

The Brand & PR Manager is responsible for driving the strategic direction, visibility, and reputation of the Ella Resorts brand.

• Develop and implement holistic brand strategies that position Ella Resorts as a market leader in sustainable luxury hospitality.
• Act as the brand guardian across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent tone, visual identity, and messaging in every execution.
• Bridge corporate office and individual resorts to ensure localized brand application that respects the integrity of the brand.

• Lead regional and international PR efforts to build Ella Resorts' media presence and brand reputation.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with global and local media outlets, journalists, influencers, and tourism boards.
• Develop and oversee press releases, media kits, brand stories, and corporate messaging for proactive and reactive communication.
• Organize press events, media visits, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships.

• Lead, inspire, and manage an internal team, including the Content Manager and Social Media Executive, while collaborating with the Graphic Designer to ensure strong creative output.
• Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to align PR and brand messaging with commercial and campaign strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and F&B teams across properties to amplify key offerings and experiences through communications initiatives.

• Oversee the creative development and rollout of brand activations, photo/video shoots, influencer trips, and brand collaborations.
• Ensure storytelling across all channels is cohesive, culturally relevant, and aligned with global hospitality trends.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and guest behavior across key tourism markets (Europe, UK, and Middle East).
• Identify opportunities for strategic growth, emerging PR tactics, and innovative brand partnerships.
• Monitor performance of PR campaigns and brand activities using KPIs and analytics to inform future strategies.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in brand management and public relations, ideally within hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Solid understanding of regional and international hospitality/tourism markets, media landscapes, and industry trends.
• Proven track record of leading brand storytelling and PR initiatives that drive awareness and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a proactive, collaborative, and hands-on mindset.
