
IT Technical Support Specialist

We're looking for junior IT professionals with a passion for technology and a drive to grow. They will be part of a 24/7 team delivering mission-critical IT support and services to top-tier clients.
The successful candidate will monitor IT systems and ensure uptime & availability, support incident management, help resolve issues efficiently, apply security protocols, manage backup procedures, take part in the implementation & maintenance of client infrastructure, handle Level 1 support via helpdesk systems, install, configure & upgrade IT systems, and collaborate with expert engineers and gain hands-on experience with enterprise tech environments.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor IT systems and ensure uptime & availability.
- Support incident management and help resolve issues efficiently.
- Apply security protocols and manage backup procedures.
- Take part in the implementation & maintenance of client infrastructure.
- Handle Level 1 support via helpdesk systems.
- Install, configure & upgrade IT systems.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong communication skills in Greek & English.
Up to 1 year of experience in an IT support or entry-level technical role.
Familiarity with any of the following is a plus:
Windows Server / Active Directory, Linux systems, Helpdesk & Ticketing tools, System monitoring solutions.
