Travel Advisor with German

We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Travel Advisor. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and ensuring a seamless experience for our travelers.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Accurately recording customer feedback, questions, and issues in the system.
  • Resolving complaints following company policies and escalation procedures.
  • Meeting response and resolution targets to maintain excellent service levels.
  • Using troubleshooting techniques and training materials to assist customers.
  • Offering tailored recommendations to common travel-related issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or higher qualification.
  • Fluent German language skills (native level or C2).
  • Strong English language skills (C1 level).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset with great communication skills.
  • Ideal experience in a Customer Service position.
