About the Role:

You'll serve as a trusted guide throughout the booking process, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to ensure a smooth and personalized experience for every customer. Your expertise will help travelers find the perfect car for their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting and booking the ideal rental vehicle for their needs
  • Provide expert recommendations on car types, packages, and added services
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat in a professional and approachable manner
  • Handle booking updates, cancellations, and resolve any concerns with care
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and reservations to ensure high-quality service

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Swedish (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
