Travel Support Agent Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Travel Support Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Your primary objective will be to resolve booking issues, provide platform support, and offer general travel-related assistance in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex booking issues through effective problem-solving and communication.
- Provide top-quality service while adhering to established KPIs.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- C2 or higher proficiency in written and spoken German along with B2 in English.
- EU citizenship or valid residence card with full market access.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Competitive salary: EUR 1,380 x 14 months paid annually (12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1.5 for Christmas & Summer)
