Travel Agent Position in Greece

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored advice on rental cars to clients based on their specific needs and preferences.
  • Manage client bookings, cancellations, and changes with ease and professionalism.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, rental policies, and special offers to provide expert guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
  • EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in call centers or support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely.
