As a Sales Development Representative in Athens, Greece, you will be instrumental in expanding our global footprint across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with potential business clients throughout Latin America, generating high-quality leads for senior sales team meetings.
- Proactively research and pinpoint potential B2B clients in various industries using diverse tools and platforms.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and professional networking, all conducted fluently in LatAm Spanish.
- Conduct in-depth conversations to understand client requirements, challenges, and current solutions, effectively assessing their potential as a sales opportunity.
- Solution Articulation: Clearly explain the benefits of innovative software solutions, tailoring your message to resonate with each prospect's specific needs.
- Meeting Coordination: Successfully arrange qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring a seamless transition of promising leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain records of all activities, interactions, and lead statuses in our CRM system, ensuring accurate data and clear pipeline visibility.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and share valuable feedback from the LatAm market regarding trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Native or near-native (C2) fluency in LatAm Spanish is essential, including an understanding of regional nuances. Strong English communication skills are also required.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven B2B sales experience in a similar Sales Development capacity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport, articulate value, and address objections effectively.
- A highly motivated, target-driven individual who performs well under pressure and is not deterred by challenges.
- Comfortable utilizing CRM software, sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
