
Online Marketplace Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative in the Online Marketplace Platform Department. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as the ability to adapt and learn about our marketplace platform and its features.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding platform features, services, and policies.
- Proactively address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and technical issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform experience for users.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in online platforms, is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience with customer support software and tools is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt and learn about the marketplace platform and its features.
